A noter : Pour les commandes de 200$ (avant taxes) et plus, nous nous réservons le droit de demander un 20% d’acompte du montant total de la commande à nos clients. Ceci dans le but de couvrir une partie des frais encourus pour les ingrédients (et autre) ainsi que le temps de préparation.

If the client cancels the order for any reason, this down payment is not refundable.

For orders of 200$ (before taxes) or over and for special orders, we reserve the right to ask that the order be paid in full between 1 to 7 days prior to the delivery date. Since you do not pay any delivery fees, this ensures that we will not travel needlessly. The date for complete payment of the order will be discussed upon signature of the contract.

In the extreme case where we would not be able to deliver your order at the agreed upon date, we will refund the full amount that was paid to us.
