Cooking is like love. It should be entered into with abandon or not at all.
~Harriet van Horne

Nowadays, who has time to cook great meals?
Warm feelings always come up when we remember the delicious taste of the meals, prepared with care by our mothers and grandmothers, in a time long gone.
Remember the feeling of well-being and the deep sigh of contentment which escaped our lips, the unbearable wait until the meal was finally cooked so our taste buds could finally rejoice?
Can you still smell the reassuring aroma of pies and bread just coming out of the oven?
The delicious soups and stews which would warm body and soul?
The exquisite taste of a stolen cookie melting in your mouth?
I do not pretend to possess the skill of my dear grandmother, but I strive to put all my love and care in what I cook to grant you a taste of Heaven.
